Sale or Return Policy:

We want your business to thrive, so we offer a flexible sale or Return policy on eligible products.

If you haven't sold at least half of the minimum order quantity for a specific product within 3 months, you may return the remaining stock.

Once approved, you'll receive a credit that can be applied to future orders.

This policy is designed to support your sales while reducing risk when trying new products.

Minimum Order Value:

All orders are subject to a minimum order value of $500.

Please note that this applies to your order subtotal before shipping or GST.

Shipping:

All orders are subject to a shipping fee of 12% of the total order value.

This flat rate percentage keeps shipping fair and consistent across all order sizes and locations.
