Shipping Fee Structure

All orders incur a shipping fee calculated at 12% of the total order value before taxes.

Preparing Your Order

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and prepare your order for despatch in addition to estimated transit time.

This applies regardless of your nominated postage method.

Once your order has been despatched you will be provided with tracking information including a link to track the progress of your delivery. 

Making changes to your order

Please check your cart carefully before finalising your order as we are not able to make additions or edits to your order once the order has been placed. 

POSTAGE OPTIONS 

Postage options will be displayed at checkout once you have provided a delivery address. Before checking out you can use the notes field on the cart page to provide any special delivery instructions.

As a guide we rely on estimated delivery times and updates provided by our shipping providers listed below.

In addition to these estimated transit times, please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and prepare your order for despatch. We'll try to send your order out as soon as we can, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Australia Post

Australia Post offer standard parcel post and express post services. If you're not home to accept delivery, your parcel will normally be left at a local post office for collection.

LARGE ORDER & OVERSIZE ITEMS

Large orders and oversize items, such as furniture, may require a custom postage quote.
